It is with great honor and enthusiasm that I address you as the newly appointed Chairman of ASIS International Malaysia Chapter for the 2025-2026 term. At a time when the world is facing unprecedented challenges, the role of security professionals has never been more critical. Geopolitical tensions, technological advancements, and evolving cyber threats continue to shape the security landscape, reinforcing the need for skilled and knowledgeable professionals to safeguard our organizations and communities.

I am proud to share that the Malaysia chapter has seen a significant rise in the number of certified security professionals in recent years.
